Since qualifying from the Welsh College of Medicine in 2000, Richard has gained a wealth of experience working in the NHS as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in musculoskeletal injuries, and in elite sport, working with The Gwent Dragons, Newport RFC, and UWIC. He has also completed an MSc in Physiotherapy from Cardiff University and has recently won a Fellowship award from British Elbow and Shoulder Society (BESS). Richard is qualified in Acupuncture for pain control and is a member of the Association of Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine. Honorary Lecturer at Cardiff University.

Since qualifying from the Welsh College of Medicine in 2002, Vanessa has progressed quickly to become a highly respected Physiotherapist. She has worked in the NHS as a Senior Physiotherapist working in Chepstow Community Hospital and Gwent Healthcare and has also worked in elite sport with Newport R.F.C. and U.W.I.C. Vanessa is a member of The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists working in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE). Vanessa has ongoing work within corporate giant ExxonMobil (Solutia) conducting in‐house occupational health lectures, return‐to‐work and onsite assessments.

Since graduating from Coventry University Jon has worked in the private sector specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Jon's passion is working with sports injuries and chronic injuries, with his area of interest being the foot; and the role of the foot with lower limb injuries.
Jon maintains a keen interest in sport and has worked in a semi-professional setting, realising he is more use on the sideline than on the pitch.

Beth qualified as a physiotherapist from Cardiff in 1982 initially working within the NHS. After entering the private sector in 1987 Beth owned and ran her own practice in Cardiff for eleven years, including outposts within two major private leisure facilities and running an assessment base for a physical evaluation company in Cardiff.
Since 2001 Beth has operated her own domicillary service and worked with several private clinics after moving to Monmouth in 2003.
Beth has worked with sports injuries, neurological problems and general musculoskeletal conditions. Her passion is physiotherapy and welfare of patients.
